We believes in delivering the best products always. Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Sasta Bazar India will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at www.SastaBazarIndia.com subject to the following conditions. Products can be exchanged within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process terms & condition

• Exchange at Store – We would assist you appropriately with a store conveniently located once your intimation mail is received.
• Online Exchange – The details of the Exchange (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Exchange) should be shared with the Customer Support Team by email after the intimation mail.
• Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will see if the product is unused and unaltered.
• After the product is verified, we will ensure the refund is done as per the defined TAT.
• The Product for exchange or return should be fresh, unused with the tag and unaltered would be inspected by the team.
• Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher.

Embroidery and Color

We regard the inherent qualities of our every product with utmost care and we ensure the quality but due to the nature of fabrics and the embroideries on our products, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and any color bleeding therein

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size best suited to you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

Color Display

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Wash care

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid making any damages to it.

Transactional Disputes

Transactional Disputes if any would be subject to Chennai, Tamilnadu Jurisdiction. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
